We work with an engineer and your city on all projects to ensure that the structure is legal and is compliant with all codes and requirements.

Some projects may be bid per sq. ft. depending on the size and complexity of the remodel or addition.
$50 – $200 Site Visit fee depending on location (if needed)

Rates:

$50-$75 per hour depending on job requirements.
Some projects may be bid per sq. ft. depending on the size and complexity of the remodel or addition.

We will work alongside you every step of the way, making sure your vision is seamlessly integrated into the creation of your dream home.

Rates:

$1.50 – $5.00 per sq. ft.*

Every project is individually bid, tailored to the estimated finished square footage, and the complexity of your design. Factors that contribute to complexity include unique site conditions, CC&Rs and HOA architectural review committees.

* Square footage is defined as all enclosed floor space, including garage, cold storage, finished and unfinished basements, and bonus floor space. Crawl space will be billed at $0.50 per sq. ft.
